When you bring home one of our English Mastiff puppies, our relationship doesn’t end there—it’s just the beginning. As dedicated breeders and passionate dog lovers, we take great pride in the care and support we provide before and after your puppy joins your family.
While we do everything possible to raise healthy, well-adjusted puppies, we understand that health can be influenced by many factors—genetics, environment, nutrition, and daily care. Although we can’t promise your puppy will never face a health issue, we do promise to stand by you and offer support whenever you need it, even beyond the terms of our guarantee.
Your peace of mind and your puppy’s well-being will always be our priority.
To Keep Your Health Guarantee Valid
We do everything we can to provide you with a healthy, well-socialized English Mastiff puppy—but your part is just as important. Here’s what we ask of you:
✔ Veterinary Check-Up: Please email us a copy of your puppy’s initial vet exam (conducted by a licensed veterinarian) within 10 business days of receiving them.
✔ Vaccination Guidelines: Your puppy will arrive with age-appropriate vaccinations. Please avoid vaccinating again within the first 10 days to prevent vaccine overload.
✔ Microchipping: Your puppy must be microchipped for identification and security purposes.
✔ Ongoing Vet Care: We handle all deworming and vaccines up until your puppy leaves our care. You’ll need to continue routine vet check-ups (at least every 6 months) and stay on top of deworming and preventative care.
✔ Keep All Records: Should you ever need to make a health claim, you must provide complete documentation—original paperwork, vet records, and proof of continued care. Missing documentation will void the guarantee.
We reserve the right to refund a deposit or cancel a sale at any time if we believe it’s in the best interest of the puppy. Your puppy’s well-being and your satisfaction are always our top priorities.
